360 Process Excellence exists to help dealerships or departments create custom documented training and procedure assets. This works by creating "Process Improvement Teams" (PIT's) for different topics or procedures.  Each of the PIT's are made up of 5-10 specifically selected individuals from different departments so that each process is contributed to from many perspectives.  The multiple viewpoint application will ensure that the final result is the best overall process possible.

Here's a simple breakdown of the process.

  1. I meet with executive team to determine the scope of the processes to be addressed.

  2. Dealership assigns Process Excellence "liaison" to attend all meetings and be my contact for all things.

  3. We agree on a schedule of topics, times, and dates for the Process Improvement Meetings. (PIM's)

  4. You are responsible to select and assign the individuals for each PIT. (each process should be a different team)

  5. PIM's will be 90 minutes and I will lead the idea exchange for each meeting.

  6. After each PIM I will compile the new ideas into a streamlined manual with process maps and word tracks.

  7. I will send a DRAFT of what I created back out to the team for approval or to make edits.

  8. Once the PIT approves the new process it will be sent to the executive team for final approval.

  9. At the completion of all agreed on topics everything will be combined into one newly created digital asset.

  10. The executive team will receive the new asset in digital form so that future updates can be made. Process complete.
