360 Master Negotiations will walk the attendee through the basics of negotiating all the way to overcoming high level objections.  We will heavily focus on the psychology of why people think the way that they do during negotiations and how to deliver an effective response.  By focusing on the brain and how it works we will take people's opinions out of the picture.  Too many trainers out there are only able to train on what "they did" and  neglect the science that will help in getting the most positive results.  I highly value experience (I have a ton), however, it is not enough in today's automotive sales climate.  Experience needs to be coupled with current research and psychology to succeed at the highest level with today's customers.
