premium plan - $1,250

basic plan - $500

  • Maximum of 2 attendees for each course

  • 10% off any additional in-store training(s)

*provides the dealer with salesperson candidates to interview that have been recruited by 360 and already completed the 2-Day Sales Academy.​

basic monthly course information

2-Day Sales Academy
9:00am-4:00pm (both days)

This course is designed to walk your new team members through the sales process from beginning to end. Attendees will leave after these two days with confidence that they have received the skills currently needed to be successful as they begin their career in automotive sales.

appointment setting
2-hour course

This course will teach attendees the basic phone and email skills needed to get the customer to accept our invitation into the dealership resulting in a solid appointment. They will be taught objection handling and how to “sell the appointment and not the car.”

effective negotiations
2-hour course

This course is designed to walk your new team members through the sales process from beginning to end. Attendees will leave after these two days with confidence that they have received the skills currently needed to be successful as they begin their career in automotive sales.

customer excellence
2-hour course

This course is designed to walk your new team members through the sales process from beginning to end. Attendees will leave after these two days with confidence that they have received the skills currently needed to be successful as they begin their career in automotive sales.
